Black Magick Marker
This is my first film. I made this for my non-dialogue midterm project in Video Production 1. It was filmed in a world before we had heard of COVID-19. Ahh... nice, right? And then we did. So, I utilized the time at home to learn a few extra skills on my own. I learned how to use Garage Band to score the film, and I learned how to do selective coloring in DaVinci Resolve.
Herbie Grooves
Please enjoy my Post Production 1 sound design exercise. For this assignment, we chose a film clip and removed the original sound to add our sound design. I chose a clip from the 1974 film Herbie Rides Again, and added sound design using the CFS Post Production library. The soundtrack features the song Groove Is In The Heart by Deee-Lite.

For my Post Production 1 final assignment, I created this original edit of the short film, Anesthesia, using a film footage kit by EditStock.
The Great American Pastime
In this dark comedy set in early-pandemic America, and inspired by true events, a retired baseball player and father struggles to connect with his pandemic-denying son as the father learns to walk again while recovering from COVID-19.
This short film script was written as part of my Writing the Short Script class at Colorado Film School.
Feature Film Plan/Schedule/Budget
In Production Management Techniques, I practiced planning, scheduling, and budgeting a feature film using Movie Magic Scheduling and Movie Magic Budgeting software and the script for The Florida Project. This is a link to my graded final binder that includes: breakdown sheets, stripboard, calendar schedule, cast list, DOOD Reports (cast members, silent bits, stunts, vehicles, props, sets), budget top sheet, 3 prepped call sheets and a strategy document.
